The Korean War Veterans Memorial Park

The Korean War Veterans Memorial Park was established in 2016 as a national memorial facility.
Visitors can learn about the background of the Korean War at this memorial park and those who served in the war, through the Veterans Memorial Monument and an introduction of the 16 nations that supported South Korea with combat forces. It is a precious opportunity to remember and honor the noble dedication of these heroes.

Ganghwa Peace Observatory

The Ganghwa Peace Observatory, where visitors in South Korea can get the closest glimpse of North Korea, opened on September 5, 2008. Located on the forest land in the northern area of the Civilian Passage Restriction Line, the observatory was opened in order to serve as a space for cultural tourism to restore national homogeneity and establish the foundation for peaceful unification.
The Yesung River runs approx. 2.3 km ahead of the observatory, while on the left the Yeonbaek Plain stretches forward to the coast of Yonan County and Baechon County, Hwanghae Province. On the right is Gaepung County, where visitors can view the lives of North Koreans, the propaganda village, the Gaeseong Industrial Complex Tower, and Songak Mountain.
Here, visitors can get an in-depth look on the unique cultural ecosystem of North Korea that may not be experienced in other areas.

Incheon Urban History Museum

The Incheon Urban History Museum is an exhibition/viewing facility featuring Incheon’s urban development history and its expansion into a modern city after the opening of the port in 1883.
In the Modern City Hall (1F), visitors can learn about the changes in the city of modern Incheon since the opening of Jemulpo in 1883 to the liberation of Korea in 1945. In the Incheon Miniature Hall (2F) and IFEZ Miniature Hall (3F), visitors can view features of present-day Incheon and its free economic zone that consists of Songdo International Business District, Cheongna International City and Yeongjong Island.

Incheon Free Economic Zone

The Incheon Free Economic Zone introduces the development plan and progress status of its projects in the Incheon Free Economic Zone. Through state-of-the-art exhibition facilities of the simulation experience including the three-screen video media show, the IFEZ PR Center shows the future vision of IFEZ and its development into one of the world’s top three free economic zones.
